Shipping
I use FedEx and it will require a signature when your receive it. This insures that you receive the product and it doesn't get lost at your doorstep. You'll know how much the shipping costs are on any listed item. I also ship only to those confirmed addresses. This insures that you receive your purchased item and avoids any confusion. If you need an exception it's at your own risk. Sending it via FedEx I use home delivery and that usually takes around 4-7 days to receive it. Usually orders will take a total of 3 weeks for me to make it and you to receive it.
Shipping outside the U.S.A. is usually sent via USPS.
If you would like it faster or would like me to ship it a certain way or without a signature then just let me know ahead of time.
I can ship items within 24 to 48 hours (unless it's custom or made to order). Most all my products are "made to order" so normal time frame is 3 weeks for delivery. If for some reason it takes longer I will notify you.

Refund & Exchanges
I will accept a full refund of my silver designs with in 7 days of the time you receive the item. Items must be in original packaging and not damaged in any way. I reserve the right to not refund any item that has been damaged. If you are planning to send the item back then contact me first so that I can expect the return. I am not responsible for loss of items when returning items and when shipping any item back you should insure it and track it to be safe. * You the buyer are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless it was my mistake then I'm willing to cover the costs. All other items may not be returnable.
If the ring happens to be the wrong size then let me know. We can usually work it out by sizing the ring. It's easier to size up than down because of the pattern. I will size the ring once for free (within the 7 days), but you the buyer are responsible for the shipping. Sizing the ring down isn't always an option because of the pattern and therefore it may have to be remade. If this is the case I can only do this once and remake it for the correct size in exchange for the return of the ring you had purchased. If agreed that this is the only way, production won't start until the return of the purchased ring.
Gold rings are not refundable, but are exchangeable for a different design for similar cost. Contact me if this is what you need.
For custom orders returns may be possible depending on what is being made. Ask me this before you purchase a custom order. Most of the time custom orders are not refundable because they've been made specifically for you and I can't sell them to anyone else.
For Europe I follow the new rules that are in place with the 14 day return policy.
