Custom and personalized orders
I'd be happy to customize an existing ring of mine for you to meet your needs. If it can't be done I can also make a new one just for you. Just ask. :)
Sizing details
My rings have patterns all round them which make them able to be sized up a little without any problems. Sizing down, however, can be a problem with most rings. Some can be done, but not all. Another way might be adding an insert to the inside of the ring in order to make it fit smaller, but that gets rid of any inside patterns. Please ask if you are in doubt and I'll let you know. :)
Care instructions
Taking off your ring during work activities such as hard labor will help your ring stay free from dents and scratches.
If you have a polishing cloth you can rub the ring and shine it.
Don't submerge into chlorine or any other house hold chemicals.
Every now and then take it in to a jewelry store for a cleaning, but be careful to not let them leave it in the ultrasonic very long as it could take out the black background.
Can you do a custom orders just for me?
I am happy to make a custom ring just for you and only you. Give me your ideas, metal choice and any stones you may want in the ring. I can then give you a quote and if agreed upon we can get the custom process started.
Why are some rings with black backgrounds?
These rings have never been produced yet. I have designed them in CAD software, but have yet to make one. The black background in the renders are all rings that have never been made and will be discounted till the first sale. Then the price will go back to it's normal pricing along with real photographs of the ring. The finished ring may look slightly different in the final piece as far as the bright polish vs satin finish and black backgrounds in the rings. We will all know how it looks when I'm done with it. :)
CTR rings
I have 5 ctr rings that I can sell. I am working on getting more approved through Permissions of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I’ve designed these rings with Choose the Right as the main focus so that it can remind us to make the right choices in life. It’s not always easy so we at times need a reminder. All my designs can be made in sterling silver or gold. I am mainly going to only list silver rings so please ask if you’d like a quote in gold.
Shipping Prices
I will ship usually via FedEx or USPS. You will have a choice, but personally I would choose FedEx because I have not had any issues with them yet. Packages are insured and have tracking. I also use direct signature with them so it’s not just left at your doorstep. This option is best for more expensive items like rings. USPS is a cheaper option, but also you may run the risk of it getting lost. It has happened many times in my experience. I would choose this option for lower priced items and would not risk it with a more expensive item.
Photography
Do I need to sign any documents?
Yes. I have you sign a model release form.
Why is there two logins?
Only for photography. There is a login for my site that is optional. The other one is to sign into a photo gallery and is either private or public. My photography is hosted with “PassPluss”. There you will be able to login to see your gallery or a public one.

Why don't you have very many items for sale?
I only have time for so much. I love creating with my hands. Each project is fun and I enjoy the challenges I run into. I don't have that many crafts for sale simply because I don't have time. If you are interested in something that I do please let me know and we can discuss the possibilities of creating the perfect art piece for you.
What materials do you use with your crafts?
I like to use materials that I find or can purchase that are as natural as can be. If I can find it and process it I'll do that. If I can't I may substitute it for something similar that I buy.. For example I might use commercially tanned leather instead of brain tanned leather.
CAD
Will your CAD Library t-spline files work with other version of Matrix?
Yes and No depending on which version of Matrix you have. If you have the t-splines plug-in that came with Matrix then yes and if not then probably not. You can use them in Matrix 9 too since t-splines is still available in it.
Will your t-spline files work with Clayoo?
Yes. The only difference will be the selection sets saved with each t-spline file will not be saved when importing them to Clayoo. You'll have to select faces manually. Clayoo does not yet allow for selection sets to save with the models. The good news is that you can still use t-splines in Matrix 9 which has all the selection sets available. t-splines buttons can be added to your custom menu or typed into the command line.

I’m unable to change your password for you, but after clicking the Sign In link, you can click Forgot password? to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.
Customers who want to change their account email address
It isn't possible to change the email address associated with your account at this time. You can create a new account using your updated email address.
