This is a classic antique design that I named Draping Elegance.  It won Best of Show in a 2008 Gemvision design contest.  This ring is made in platinum and is very beautiful.  Although the shape of the ring may be similar to old antique rings, the inspiration came to me from curtains.  I love long draping curtains you see in castles and temples.  This idea came from that.  I tried to make the draping flow of curtains go down the ring.  The mili grain and small filigree designs on the ring really flow together to create a unique antique style ring.

The image shows the mounting in a Diamond and also an Amethyst although the center stone is not sold with this listing.  You can add any center stone you wish, just ask me and start a custom order and can work out which center stone would work best for you.  It's made for a 8.2mm stone or roughly a 2ct diamond. I can probably fit an 8mm stone in this too.
